Complex components with a travel distance of up to 6 meters and a unit weight of up to 10 tons are manufactured on modern turning and milling machines.
CNC-controlled press brakes are used for forming. With a pressing force of 650 tons and a bending length of up to 4 meters, even steel sheets several centimeters thick can be formed.
The associated welding shop has railway certification. Three modern welding robots ensure maximum efficiency in production and raise product quality to a consistently high level.
Depending on customer requirements, these are then sandblasted, heat-treated, and coated in our in-house paint shop. Three painting and drying booths are available for this purpose.
Pre-assembled complete systems offer you a more time- and cost-effective process.
In the manufacture of hydraulic components, the focus has been placed on hydraulic cylinders and the production process has been perfected. Final checks on the hydraulic and valve adjustment test bench guarantee flawless functionality even in real-world applications.
To ensure quality requirements are met, the company is equipped with laser trackers and 3D coordinate measuring machines, among other things. This enables precise measurement even for the smallest tolerances.
